Fashion's Night Out - the beauty version

200909 Fashions Night Out

We're getting ready for Fashion Week - don't forget to come to Beauty Blitz for the latest coverage! And to kick off the fashion and beauty extravaganza, American Vogue has teamed up with NYC & Company, The City of New York and the Council of Fashion Designers of America to celebrate fashion and rejuvenate the consumer spirit with Fashion's Night Out. This global event is taking place in fashion capitals in 12 different countries.

Whether you live in or around New York City, come and get your retail therapy on. Pretty much every retailer and designer you can think of is getting involved, including great beauty brands like Lancome, Kiehl's, Sephora and so many more!

Here are some beauty highlights:

  •  The Plaza Beauty by Warren-Tricomi is giving access to their amazing group of experts. From makeup consultations from Smashbox and Becca to mini facials and hand massages. Plus Joel Warren and Edward Tricomi will demonstrate the latest fall trends. Plus, don't forget the great freebies from Lisa Hoffman Skincare, Tocca, Revitalash, Luzern Skincare, Kai, Santa Maria Novella, MLAB and Spong Skincare.
  •  C.O. Bigelow will be returning to its roots with a vintage soda fountain. Complimentary beverages for all customers, plus they'll also be handing out free Mentha Lip Shines!
  •  Korres locations in Soho and Brooklyn will bring on the green beauty with complimentary antioxidant-infused cocktails, yummy (yet healthy) cupcakes, makeovers and a goody bag filled with the fave of Vogue's Beauty Team.
  •  Space NK will have plenty of cocktails to go around while skincare experts and makeup artists get you ready for a very fashionable night. From skin consultations to eyelash applications you'll be redefining beauty (especially with your personalized gift bag)!
Saks Fifth Avenue will be bringing beauty (and fashion) to the masses with over 60 designer appearances. You'll get to meet beauty icons on the main floor like Aerin Lauder, Bobbi Brown and Frederic Fekkai.
