Golden Globes 2009 Makeup Breakdown: Olivia Wilde
Olivia Wilde hits the red carpet at the 2009 Golden Globe Awards.
Olivia, looking feminine and frothy in a lavender Reem Acra gown. To match her jeweled belt, Olivia dressed her earlobes up with huge diamond earrings.
With lighter hair than we saw at the People's Choice Awards, Olivia Wilde still shines with her slightly off center part and straight locks here. After all, keeping the hairstyle simple draws the attention to her face itself.
Here's a perfect example of how applying a touch of white highlighter in the inner corners can really make eyes pop. Add in her light-colored shadow, brown liner, and natural lashes, and her lovely eyes become the focus of her look.
The 24-year-old House M.D. actress wore a lavendar Reem Acra gown. House M.D. is nominated for Best Television Series in the Drama Category. Other nominees include: Dexter, In Treatment, Mad Men and True Blood.
Olivia has previously had roles in such series as: The O.C. and The Black Donnellys.
