If you're holding out for a hero, look no further than Miss Hayden Panettiere. She showed up on the Golden Globes red carpet looking, well, golden. From a makeup perspective, it's a look that she's done before: sun-kissed skin, pink-tinted cheeks and lips, and smoky, false lashes. Hayden always wears a smoky eye so well.
Where she really explored new territory was her hair. She took it all to one side with big, sweeping curls. I'm personally loving it, but I wish she had touched up the color at the roots. and we're loving her tastefully-long extensions (she has a bob, remember?).
Recreate the gorgeous glam waves by using a large-barreled curling iron (try Conair Instant Heat 1 1/2" Curling Iron). Roll your hair in the iron (holding it horizontally) from roots to ends. Brush out curls once cool to soften and blend them together.
Other than that, pretty flawless.
